O M G.....I will never use another recipe for pancakes. These have to be the best pancakes on God's green earth. I,too, was worried about the thin batter. I figured I must have done something wrong. My daughter, who makes crepes one at a time was flabergasted that I could turn out these creations without spending forever in the kitchen. Two thumbs up.

My children have never eaten pancakes like they ate these. They are almost creamy and really do melt in your mouth. At first I worried that the batter was too runny but then realized that the thin batter resulted in pancakes like no other pancakes we've ever eaten. They were light and wonderful! Thank you, and if these are any indication, we are anxiously awaiting the other 19 recipes of your top 20!
