Corny Taco Casserole

"A fast throw it together recipe using store bought ingredients. A time saver in that you can prep all the ingredients in advance. Throw in the chips at the last minute, mix and bake."

ingredients

• 1 lb ground chuck
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
• 3⁄4 cup water
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 cup crumbled Doritos, your flavor choice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1⁄2 cup shredded American cheese

directions

1. Brown ground chuck and add taco seasoning with 3/4 c water and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Pour into a casserole dish.
3. Add cream mushroom soup, corn, taco shells, garlic powder, and shredded cheeses.
4. Stir to mix.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
