ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
directions
- Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and mix egg, etc.
- Mix milk with dry ingredients.
- Pour oil in skillet to coat bottom.
- Pour mixture in pan.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
