    cups water

    (4 ounce) can chopped mixed mushrooms, drained

    tablespoons melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Place rice in buttered casserole with a small amount of the water. Combine soups, salt, remaining water and mushrooms. Pour over rice. Dip chicken pieces in butter and lay on top of soups. Bake at 275 for 2 1/2 hours.
