"Wonderful cookies that I can't seem to make enough of."

• Yields: 12 dozen

ingredients

• 1 1⁄3 cups coconut
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons flour

directions

1. .Combine all ingredients. Stir till completely blended. Put teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Cook for 18-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
