DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven at 180°C.
  • Beat eggwhites and sugar until stiff.
  • Fold in coconut and nuts.
  • Bake in round 26cm tray for 25 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate in bain marie and cover the cake with chocolate.
