Cocoa Krispies Peanut Butter Brownies

ingredients

• 2 cups COCOA KRISPIES® cereal, finely crushed in blender
• 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs

directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed cereal, baking powder, and salt.
2. Combine the chocolate and butter in a saucepan and melt together.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, then the sugar, then the eggs til smooth.
4. Stir in the cereal mixture.
5. Scrape the batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until brownies are just set in the center.
7. Coolcompletely and cut.
