• 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 1⁄3 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dried basil
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 3 cups olive oil

1. Whisk together all ingredients or blend in a food processor or blender.

A really good, easy to make dressing. So much better than store-bought.
