Cinnamon Cranberry Bread (Bread Machine)

• Yields: 12 slices

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup warm water
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon butter, softened
• 2 2⁄3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 3⁄4 cup dried sweetened cranberries

directions

1. Add the ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer with exception of dried cranberries.
2. Select Basic cycle; press start.
3. Add dried cranberries at the beep.
4. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
5. Let cool completely before slicing.
