directions
- Heat your wok on high heat.
- Add peanut oil, heat & then add chicken, stirfry till it changes colour.
- Add garlic & onion, stirfry for a couple of minutes.
- Add cabbage & carrot, stirfry for about 3 minutes.
- Add stock, heat for a minute then add rice noodles.
- Add steam fried noodles.
- Add soy sauce & oyster sauce, clap the lid on & cook till noodles are tender.
- Add sprouts if you have 'em, but you don't really need 'em.
- That's it, easy huh?.
- Easily made vegetarian as we have done on occasion. Just substitute veg stock for chicken & don't add any chicken, it doesn't lose anything without them.
- Feeds the two of us for dinner if this is all we have otherwise with other things, it will feed 4.
