I chose this recipe for the Parlez Vous Souffle challenge of ZWT 3. I do not have any prior experience with souffles, eating or preparing them. I found this recipe to be simple, quick, and delicious. I did substitute cocoa for the chocolate squares as that is what I had available. The texture is rather interesting, not easily describable yet yummy all the same. I don't know if it's proper, but we topped ours with whipped cream. Don't be standoffish if you're thinking of trying to make a souffle. You'll be glad you did! Thanks for posting!
