- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (225 g) package chipits reese peanut butter chips
directions
- Beat butter with sugar and eggs using a wooden spoon or fork until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop from a tablespoon measure onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
