  • Oven roast chilies.
  • Remove skin seeds and stems.
  • Place in a blender: peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic and blend.
  • Pour blended ingredients in a sauce pan on low heat.
  • Then add: jack cheese, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.
  • Stir constantly until melted, then remove from heat -- do not boil.
