DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the lemon juice.
  • Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • Mix the salad dressing, salt, pineapple, grapes, almonds, water chestnuts and lettuce into the chicken until evenly combined.
  • Keep chilled until serving.
