  1. Wonderful and easy to make.
  2. The recipe was a little hard to follow, but after one mix up of putting all the liquid ingredients together... once that was corrected it turned ou excellent!
  3. I'm giving this five stars at my hubby's instructions - he loved this dish! Even after omitting the brown sugar and adding HEAPS of seasonings, it was too sweet for me; I'm not really a fan of sweet main meals. I served over rice with some veggies on the side and it made a nice dinner. Recipe was very easy to follow and make - I know DH is really looking forward to his leftovers today for lunch!
  4. This is different from my traditional Chicken Marsala but I like this one very much. Easy to make, very easy to eat. It was a hit with my in-laws. It's a bit sweet, but I love sweet food. Omit or add less brown sugar if you don't like sweet food. It's a keeper.

My wife and I love to cook and love to find recipes that are great tasting and easty to prepare. As a minister we host a lot of friends in our home, take food to help families, and go to many pot-lucks which makes our hunt for recipes constant.
