ingredients
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup white rice
- salt, to taste
directions
- Crumble chicken bouillon cube into water and microwave for 2 minutes, or until mostly dissolved.
- Pour into pot and add butter and rice.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Fluff rice and salt to taste, if desired.

This was so quick, easy and delicious to make. Last night was my second time making it but last time I had forgot to rate it. It’s delicious and is now my go to quick, delicious and easy rice recipe to go with any entrée, in my case last night, I had made fish that my boyfriend and his friends had gone out to the coast of NC about 2 1/2 hours away from where we live and caught some redfish which I had baked and had the rice in some veggies, which went delicious with it.
