- Ready In:
- 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup or (10 ounce) can any tomato sauce
- fresh parsley, the leaves only finely chopped (optional)
- 1 1⁄2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 plum tomato, cubed
- 3⁄4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 -5 tablespoons white wine
- wash chicken, cut into bite size pieces, cook thoroughly season to taste.
- mix in tomato soup, parsley, mushrooms, white wine,and tomato in with chicken, let sit on medium heat until the sauce bubbles.
- mix well. remove dish from burner, add mozzarella cheese.
