ingredients

  • 4 sheets of heavy aluminum foil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (12 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 cup white wine
  • mix stuffing with the 1 cup of water and the 1/2 cup of wine with the soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices ham
  • 12 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

directions

  • Starting wih one piece of foil:

  • Stack stuffing first.
  • then ham.
  • then mushrooms.
  • then chicken.
  • in a bowl combine soup, wine and water mix well.
  • Continue stacking the last three on seperate sheets.
  • Pour soup mix on top of each stacked chicken package.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Bring sides together and fold to tighten around chicken. Put all four on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes.

Started cooking at age 11 and used the better homes and garden red and black check cookbook.....absolutely my favorite hobby to cook, I have every known appliance to woman, but dont eat much and weight 100lbs at 51 years old. I am married to a man that loves to eat, my favorite foods to cook are actually Italian foods from scratch and pastry, all fresh preferably home grown herbs used in cooking. I have two grown sons 28 and 26 that are human vaccuum cleaners when they visit. Living in Florida, I cook alot during Hurricane season to make sure we have less frozen foods on hand and go nuts cooking, this is the time of the year everyone loves to come here, there is always too much food on my table....
