ingredients
- 1 lb tomatoes
- 1⁄2 onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
directions
- Char tomatoes, onion and jalapenos on a hot pan, griddle or grill.
- Put charred ingredients in blender.
- Add in pepper, salt and cilantro.
- Blend until smooth.
