Chevys Fresh Mex Salsa

"I am saving this recipe here for safe keeping until I can try it. Chevy's is my favorite mexican restaurant. Their salsa is the best. I found this on another web site. If you try it before I do let me know how it is."

Too much pepper - does not taste like the salsa at Chevy's, does look like it though. Still, if you back off the pepper it was palatable.

This was pretty good. Definantly wait untill the veggies are cool before blending or it's just a mess. I added more salt and a few cloves of garlic to give it more taste. It tastes so much better the next day after all flavors have blended.

It tastes pretty close to the real thing if it is not.

I am a wife, a mother and grandmother, I love to bake and I love to can (water-bath and pressure). My family and I live on 5 acres, we now have chickens and ducks and who knows what else we'll add in the future. My favorite meal to make and eat is soup.
