cherry glaze for turkey 1997

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 2 cup

ingredients

• 1 cup cherry preserves
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 2 tablespoons brandy
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried rosemary
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1⁄2 teaspoon grated orange zest
• 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth

directions

1. In a saucepan combine ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min.
3. Remove from heat; cool bast turkey last two hours of cooking.
4. Makes outstanding gravy.
