  • Preheat oven to 180°C Grease a 5cm deep, 16cm x 26cm (base) ceramic dish.
  • Place 1 slice ham on a board. Place 1 slice cheese and 2 sun-dried tomatoes at 1 end of ham slice. Roll up ham and place, seam side down, in dish. Repeat with remaining ham, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and cook, stirring, for 8 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil and thickens.
  • Pour white sauce over ham rolls and season with pepper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until piping hot. Serve.

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
