ingredients

• 1 tortilla
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1⁄4 cup spinach
• 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
• 1⁄4 mushroom
• 1 tablespoon salsa
• 1 tablespoon sour cream

directions

1. Melt butter at medium temperature.
2. Place shell in pan.
3. Put ingredients into shell in any order and let fry for 5 minutes.
