ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 3 1⁄4 cups flour (all purpose)
- 1 1⁄4 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
directions
- Place in order given in bread machine.
- Follow manufactures directions to complete.

This was really great bread! The flavor of the chives really comes through. Even though you can't taste the cheese in this bread, it really gives the bread a very moist and delicious texture. I followed the recipe exactly except used the dough cycle on my ABM, took it out when the cycle was complete, placed it in a sprayed loaf pan, punched down, let rise for 20 minutes and then baked at 350 for 30 minutes. Delicious fresh bread!
