"Spicy Spinach Dip like Cheddar's"

ingredients

• 1 cup half-and-half
• 1 cup monterey jack cheese
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 4 ounces green chili peppers
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted, drained, squeezed of excess liquid

directions

1. Mix all ingredients. Cook at 400 degrees F for 1/2 hour in serving dish.
2. Serve with tortillas.

Not even close. Cheddar's does not have jalapeno in the mix.
