  • Chop cauliflower, carrots, onion, and bacon into a large salad bowl (perferably that has a lid).
  • Whisk together mayonnaise and sugar in another bowl.
  • Pour over vegetable mixture, put lid on and shake to insure all vegetables are covered in dressing.
  • Place in fridge overnight to marinate. Best if left turned upside down.
