  • Heat up oven to 350°F, sprinkle ground garlic on fish and place fish fillets on sheet pan (might want to put a little olive oil or spray oil so it wont stick to the pan)-Fish might take about 10-15 minutes.
  • While fish is cooking, in a pan heat up the olive oil, once hot combine cabbage, green onions, jalapeño and salt on pan.
  • Let the vegetables cooked, once cooked, add fish (taken out from oven) and while mixing it, smashed the fish into small pieces.
  • Now the tacos can be eating, in three different ways: eat with warm corn tortilla, make your own taco shell by cooking the tortilla on hot oil, or buy taco shells already done. I prefer just to warn up the tortilla to make healthy conscious.
  • Place veggie/fish mix in tortilla and top with tartar sauce.

  1. This was very good. I am always looking for ways to cook for my hubby. I did not use the Jalapeno pepper but he likes to pour a little of the juice from canned chili peppers on his food. I also mixed a dab of miracle whip in with the cooked cabbage.

Well my name is Leslie, I was born in Texas and grew up in MEXICO, then when I was a teenager I moved back to Texas. I moved to California when I got married. I just recently got married...(3/5/07). I missed Texas, especially the restaurants, but I am starting to get used to the local restaurants here in the Bay Area! I love cooking, one of my stress release hobbies. I am not much of a baker, for some odd reason. But I love cooking. I'll try to cook as much as I can, and little by little I am trying to be an expert. You know, have that heart knowledge only experience gives you. I love ratings. Anytime I cook something I made everyone tell me their rating (From 1 to 10 being the highest). Thankfully my husband loves eating my cooking, he thinks I am a great chef. I am trying to learn asian cuisine. I am hispanic, my husband is Chinese. He loves hispanic, especially Mexican food though so I am lucky for that, I get to cook all Hispanic dishes so most likely whenever we go out to eat it will be asian cuisine, which by the way I love. I work for a brokerage firm as an office assistant, it was a complete different field, I knew nothing about stocks and such when I started, so I am always learning something new. I have no kids, so its just my husband and I all the time, we like outdoors, such as hiking. I am a Jehovah Witness, I love being one, and truly that defines me. I love traveling (going to Japan next!!) and I love photography, I love taking pictures, scenic that is, not people, unless is my husband (hahaha) Really I am just now learning who I am as a person, I like to called it "my know me phase" (which is been going on for about one year) what I like, what I dislike and trying to improve my lifestyle into a more healthy one. My husband being Asian is a healthy freak, which I think is good. So hopefully that will stick on me more. Oh yeah last but not least I have OCD, having OCD can be difficult at times, not only for the person who has it but also for everyone you interact, but I am trying to be positive about it and control it as much as I can :)
