Terrific BBQ sauce! I made this just as directed (with a *generous* dash of Tabasco) and wouldn't change a thing. This sauce is not sweet at all, and the butter makes it rich and hearty. Really enjoyed this on boneless skinless chicken breasts, looking forward to trying on ribs - thanks for sharing the recipe!

Very nice bbq sauce. The aroma coming from the grill had the neighbors jealous! We enjoyed this on grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts. Quite delicious! Personally, next time will add more heat with habanero sauce instead of Tabasco, but then, we love it hot! Thanks, Jim, for a great recipe! Made for football picks, week one 2009.
