  1. I'm not really good In the kitchen(infact, I have zero skills at all) but after making this even my wife (the one with the cooking skills) was impressed. It was a little heavy, but I'm sure that's because I swapped out water for half and half after reading the comments. 100% Would definitely make again.

  3. New favorite! I was searching all over for a simple, plain butter recipe, and this is a winner! I added some spices to it, a splash of milk, and then tossed some pasta with it. It came out so well! My kids are kind of picky, and they all loved it. This will be my new go to sauce, it’s quick, easy, and versatile. Thank You! ????

Tweaks

  1. Since I'm using it for myself (to drizzle on my crab cakes)...I halved: the butter and half-n-half (instead of water/milk), and only used 1/2 tsp of cornstarch. For a little tangy, instead of real lemon juice, I added a packet of 'True Lemon'. The end result looked deliciously creamy, and tasted grrreat :-)
