Butt/Rib BBQ Dippin Sauce

"This is an awesome sauce for your pulled pork sandwiches or on your pork ribs. Easy to make!"

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 1 cup
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup apple juice
• 1⁄4 cup hot sauce
• 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon wizzy's smokin your favorite barbecue rub
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar

directions

1. After mixing everything, let sit in the fridge for 24 hours. This will allow the ingredients to mingle.

Made for Pick-A-Chef, Spring 2009. This is very good for a dipping sauce. I used it with another adopted "baby's" recipe for ribs, recipe#90264. I used my rub recipe#363274 both on the ribs and in this dipping sauce. Can't wait to try your other recipe, the White BBQ Sauce recipe#339426. If it is a good as your dipping sauce you have another winner!
