- 2 small onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 cups ground meat or 4 cups cubed chicken
- 2 1⁄2 cups canned red chili sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- guacamole
- sour cream
- monterey jack cheese
directions
- Preheat the Grilling Machine for 3-5 minute.
- Add onions and garlic, close the lid and sautee for 1 minute.
- Add meat/chicken, close the lid, and cook for 3 min or until cooked through.
- Add red chili sauce and seasoning until mixed through and hot. Remove from grill.
- Roll into warmed flour tortillas and top with guacamole, sour cream, and shredded Jack cheese.
