Buffalo Shrimp

"My husband loves buffalo shrimp from Hooters, they are so good but pricey. So I came up with my own recipe for it and he says he likes it better. I batter all my shrimp in one step then fry them from the first I battered to the newest. That way it gives the coating a few minutes to set up before they go in the oil."

I'm a stay at home mom of 4 kids! So i spend a lot of time in the kitchen just making meals. I really like making great tasting food for my family. If it doesn't taste great, why eat it????
