I just made this for Christmas. I had to transport the Brie en Croute, so I had to make a couple of changes. I cut the brie wheel in half horizontally, then I put the preserves inside. I wrapped the pastry completely around the brie and baked it. I topped the brie with the nuts as suggested. Very good.
