Bran Muffins

"These were served as "mini muffins" at a baby shower I attended and I fell in love with them. Halfway through these little muffins were ALL GONE and the plates of doughnuts and cookies had hardly been touched!!!"

  • Pour All Bran and Bran Buds into a large bowl, cover with water and let soften for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400'.
  • In another bowl cream together sugar, butter, eggs, milk and soda.
  • Add creamed mixture to bran and add flour. Mix VERY well.
  • Spoon batter into muffin tins filling completely.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes for regular sized muffins.
  • Cool on wire rack.
