  • preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • mix dry ingredients together.
  • make a well in the middle.
  • add the liquid ingredients.
  • stir briefly no more then 10 stirs.
  • place in muffin tin bake for 25 minutes.
  • cool and serve.
