Blueberry Margarita

The original recipe was for a strawberry magarita and it was in a circular that was delivered to my house for the Cinco De Mayo celebration. *Note: Cooking time is blending time. (Corrections have been made to this recipe).

ingredients
- 6 ounces tequila
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 8 ounces blueberry juice (concentrate)
- 4 ounces limeade (concentrate)
- 2 ounces blue curacao
- 3 cups ice
- 1⁄2 lime
- honey (to taste)
- salt
directions
- Place ice in blender and crush for 20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Use half lime to coat glass rims and then dip in salt.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Pretty, and delicious. I liked this drink. I substituted triple sec for blue curacao. I didn't have quite enough blueberries so I added a few blackberries. I cut the ice in half from previous review. I used sugar around the top instead of salt, personal preference. Made for Summer Comfort Cafe.Reply
