This is very yummy and does taste like blueberry cheesecake. I think some graham cracker crumbs might make it taste even more cheesecake-like. I used reduced fat cream cheese and skim milk. The blueberry flavor was strong - in a good way - and the smoothie was yummy. I agree with the previous reviewer about the size. With other recipes I've used, I usually make one smoothie into 2 servings. This one makes about 1 12 ounce smoothie so really too small for 2 servings.

We like this! My daughter came home from camp and wanted ice cream which we don't have, so we decided to make a smoothie. I used skim milk, frozen blueberries, light cream cheese, and splenda. This has a nice taste and does remind me of blueberry cheesecake. The serving, diving this in half, is pretty small and the calories (or WW points) on half are a little high. That said, it's a nice treat. I just wish I could have more! Thanks for posting!
