Bleu Cheese Dressing
"A simple but elegant bleu cheese dressing. Great on a green salad or heirloom tomato slices. Try serving along side raw veggies or atop a grilled rib-eye steak!"

ingredients
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 -4 ounces blue cheese
directions
- Combine all ingredients except the bleu cheese; mix well.
- Crumble bleu cheese, add to mixture and stir.

Very good! I added a bit more mayo and some seasoning salt to mine. -
This is a very good dressing, It is very thick and rich. I followed ingredients per recipe except celery salt I used celery flakes. Made for PAC Spring 2008.
