"The measurements are optional to your taste. I usually just dump and taste and dump and taste. LOL Good with crab or tuna cakes or with tortilla chips. The yield is approximate."

Lovely flavor and colorful appearance. I served this as a side dish with Turkey meatballs - It added just the zip needed to comliment the dinner. Thanks Caroline for a lovely recipe. Had some leftovers (there were only two of us enjoying it) so I used some as a base for an omelet - It worked!

This was really good, we did add some corn, part of a jalapeno and red bell pepper instead of the green. I used recipe #166030 for the seasoning packet mix and also as dippers recipe #208554. Was and I am sure will be again soon a family Saturday night treat. Thanks for a great recipe :yummy: :chef: Matthew

This recipe made a great salsa. I used 1/4 of a red onion in place of the yellow onion, added a can of corn, and a red pepper, and substituted a small jalapeño for the green chillies. I also used the homemade Taco Seasoning, and it was great because of its low sodium content.

Delicious salsa. An excellent combination of flavors, made with fresh tomatoes from my garden, sweet onion, fresh parsley, and homemade taco seasoning recipe #244839. I served it with salmon cakes made using recipe #225189, substituting Clover Leaf red sockeye salmon for the tuna. This is a good make ahead recipe too. Thanks for posting this recipe Caroline.
