• 1 cup black beans
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 chipotle chile, minced
• 1⁄2 cup Velveeta cheese

directions

1. Rinse black beans.
2. Mince chipotle.
3. Combine black beans, sour cream, chipolte, and Velvetta cheese.
4. Heat on medium low until melted.
5. Serve over grilled chicken.
