Bill's Black-Eyed Pea/Stewed Tomato New Year Dip

"While I was watching the Florida-Cincinatti 2010 Bowl game annd eating Blackeyed peas and stewed Tomatoes. I was hit with this idea for a dip. I made it in less than 20 minutes and it was great. I hope you try it and add your own touches. This is really a orginal but man its good. Try it !"

  • Take bread and dip it in some black eye pea and stewed tomato combined juice and put it in Food Processor. Add remaining ingredients to food processor and mix till totally combined. Use Corn Chips, Bagel Chips, Potato Chips or Fritos and dip to your hearts content because the Blackeyed Peas are good for you. Enjoy all year long.

I am especially interested in baking and coming up with new recipes. I still like learning from others. I like to find a way to to cut calories , carbs and sugar. Being diabetic and liking sweet things presents me with quite a challenge .
