DIRECTIONS

  • Start to marinade the steaks at least 2.5 hours before you want to grill.
  • Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Place steaks in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade over the steaks and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Take the steaks out and set on the counter for 30 minutes to bring the meat back to room temperature.
  • Pre-heat your grill on medium-high heat 10 minutes before putting the steaks on. Put steaks on the grill and close the cover, cook for 3 minutes and then give steaks one quarter turn to give criss cross grill marks. Cook for an additional 3 minutes (6 total per side) before flipping steak over. Repeat the process until you have cooked both sides of the steaks for 6 minutes each. Take off of the grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
  • (Adjust cook times depending on how you like your steak done. Current cook times will result in a Medium steak, however, you should always use a meat thermometer to check internal temperatures.).
