Had absolutely no idea of what 'Anzac' cookies were when I decided to make this recipe, but curiousity won out & . . . VERY NICE COOKIES, easy to make & tasty, too, what with the coconut & sunflower seeds & 'golden' raisins ~ Loved the crunch without the entire cookie being dry! Certainly worth making again! I am a a mum to two beautiful (but naughty!) girls aged 3 and 5. I am also a full time student studying nursing.
I am always looking out for yummy dinners that are easy and that kids will eat. I am over cooking seperate meals for everyone and I just don't have the time anymore as my studies take up most of it.
