Berry Yogurt Pops

"I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds like it would be a hit with kids and seems simple enough. You could probably substitute other fruits for the blueberries. This recipe is from the 7/08 Parents Magazine.."

  • Drain the pears, reserving 2 tbsp syrup. Place the pears, blueberries, and reserved syrup in a blender or food processor. Cover and mix until it's smooth.
  • Add the yogurt to the blueberry mixture and blend again. Divide the mixture among 12 ice-pop molds; insert wooden sticks if your molds don't come with sticks or built-in handles. Freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours. Makes 12 pops.

I like recipes that use ingredients that are already in my pantry. I won't bother with recipes that include ingredients that I have to hunt down.
