Berry Smooth Shake Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen raspberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk, cold
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 banana
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 -5 ice cubes
directions
- Put berries and milk in the blender. Blend on medium for about 1 minute to get the berries really blended into the milk.
- Add yoghurt, honey, banana and vanilla. Blend at medium until well mixed, roughly 30 seconds.
- Add in ice cubes. Pulse a few times or start on low, then go to medium to get the ice cubes chopped up and well distributed through the smoothie.

I've been a busy career woman for the last 15 years, but now I'm working part-time and spending the rest of the time at home with my toddler.
