  • Brown meat in oil, add garlic and onion.
  • Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and soup to simmer.
  • Simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  • Add sour cream and mushrooms just before serving.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.

  1. Really enjoyed this one. I only had a 10oz can of cream of mushroom so I used extra sour cream and I used fresh mushrooms. I added the mushrooms about 10 minutes before it was done so they could cook in there.
     
  2. My family loved this! Super yummy! I used ground beef and it just turned out so well. I even froze the leftovers into small containers for my daughter to use in her little dorm refrigerator/freezer and apparently, it freezes and thaws wonderfully! A comforting taste from home when you're far away... thanks jentim for a recipe we will use again and again!
     
  3. Pretty good overall. Quick and easy to prepare. Slightly salty for our taste, but easily adjustable for next time.
