ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried chamomile or 1 teaspoon fresh dried chamomile
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
- 1 teaspoon dried mint or 1 teaspoon of fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon dried lemon balm or 1 teaspoon fresh lemon balm
directions
- Boil the water.
- Steep the remaining ingredients for 5-15 minutes.
- Strain, and drink before bedtime.
