ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup morton kosher salt
- 1⁄2 cup coarse black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup minced garlic granules
- 1⁄4 cup granulated onion
- 2 tablespoons bell chili pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
- 2 tablespoons msg
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon peel, granules
- 1 tablespoon ground celery seed
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon citric acid
directions
- combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- mix well.
- transfer to a jar or ziplock bag.
- use as you would any steak seasoning.
