ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup morton kosher salt
• 1⁄2 cup coarse black pepper
• 1⁄4 cup minced garlic granules
• 1⁄4 cup granulated onion
• 2 tablespoons bell chili pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
• 2 tablespoons msg
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon lemon peel, granules
• 1 tablespoon ground celery seed
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon citric acid

directions

1. combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. mix well.
3. transfer to a jar or ziplock bag.
4. use as you would any steak seasoning.
