Barbecued Spareribs

ingredients
- 4 lbs spareribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce, i used HP steak sauce
- 1 cup honey
directions
- Cut spareribs into serving size pieces. Put into large saucepan.
- Add 1 tsp salt and enough boiling water to cover. Cover and simmer for 30 minute.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in roaster and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minute
- Remove spareribs from water and mix into sauce.
- Cover and bake at 400°F for 45 to 50 minute.
