This was so much fun to make! I had seen this on a cruise shipi once, but hadn't tasted it. I love bananas and I love to make exotic desserts. I invited my parents over to try it out too. My husband loved it, and my son liked the flames the most! Very tasty dessert and quite a display. Good for impressing guests. Thanks for a quick, easy, and enjoyable dessert!
