This recipe fits my very busy schedule and is so healthy, too! I used very ripe bananas to increase the natural sweet factor and agave nectar. Although agave is sweeter than the alternatives, I would still use full 2 tablespoons. This was so well received at work today. The comments I heard said there were obvious signs of oats and a distinct banana flavor. My co-workers and I all agree that these are a complement to breakfast or brunch or a healthy snack. Thanks, Ambervim! Made for Bargain Basement tag game.

I made this for my daughter who loves bananas, peanut butter and oatmeal and after three bites said she just couldn't eat it. I found it too be rather tasteless. It didn't have a distinct banana or peanut butter flavor and was barely sweet. I made it in an 8x8 casserole since the directions didn't really give a pan size. (1)

As I am in South Florida, I have many edible fruits and perennial veggies in my yard. So, I like to cook with them.
