  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Either mash it all together, place in small casserole and bake 20 minutes.
  • OR.
  • Put everything except the oats in the food processor.
  • Pour into casserole.
  • Blend in the oats.
  • Bake 20 minutes.

  1. This recipe fits my very busy schedule and is so healthy, too! I used very ripe bananas to increase the natural sweet factor and agave nectar. Although agave is sweeter than the alternatives, I would still use full 2 tablespoons. This was so well received at work today. The comments I heard said there were obvious signs of oats and a distinct banana flavor. My co-workers and I all agree that these are a complement to breakfast or brunch or a healthy snack.   2. I made this for my daughter who loves bananas, peanut butter and oatmeal and after three bites said she just couldn't eat it. I found it too be rather tasteless. It didn't have a distinct banana or peanut butter flavor and was barely sweet. I made it in an 8x8 casserole since the directions didn't really give a pan size. (1)
